General Instructions for Showings and Viewing Appointments

Pre-qualified buyers only. All buyer agents are kindly requested to ensure that their buyer clients are financially eligible either through verification of existing funds or a pre-qualification by a lender or financial institution prior to booking a viewing appointment to tour this property.

Advance notice required: 

• • Minimum of 24 hours advance notice prior to touring the farm - since horses will be moved between paddocks on some days and that may interrupt a seamless showing experience for your clients.

  • Minimum of 48 hours advance notice prior to touring the home, as arrangements will need to be made to present the home prior to each appointment.

Health guidelines observed. If you, or your clients are feeling unwell, we would request that arrangements be made to postpone any viewing appointments to prevent the potential spread of illness. This is highly encouraged and appreciated.
